Lazy Days by the Lazy River at Atlantica Myrtle Beach
No Myrtle Beach vacation is complete without a long ride on a lazy river. Or, if we’re being honest, several rides on a lazy river!
That’s why so many Myrtle Beach hotels, including Atlantica Resort, have long lazy rivers right onsite! Here at Atlantica, you can enjoy 150 feet of languid lazy river, ideal for relaxing on a hot day and letting all your stresses just melt away into the cool blue water. Just grab a tube—you don’t even need to bring one, we’ve got ‘em—sit back and enjoy.
Of course, the gentle current of the lazy river winding through the resort isn’t the only water attraction at Atlantica Resort. We have an oceanfront pool and an oceanfront kiddie pool for a swim with a view, and we also have great pool decks for lounging, reading, sipping a cool drink … whatever suits your fancy.
Now, if all that splashing in the sun is starting to bring on a touch of sun-fatigue, we’ve got the cure. Head inside to our indoor pool and waterfall, where the fun continues! The indoor pool is also a great standby on one of our (blessedly rare) Myrtle Beach rainy days.
And of course all of this is right onsite at the hotel!
Now, if you work up an appetite with all the sun and fun, we don’t blame you. Just head over to the Patio Café & Bar, which is located just across Ocean Boulevard from Atlantica Resort. The Patio, a casual spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner, recently launched an all-new menu. The Patio Nachos are a favorite. Guests and locals rave about The Patio’s friendly, attentive staff, and they also love the entertainment in the evenings, whether it’s a DJ or karaoke.
We don’t know about you, but we think a long ride on your hotel’s lazy river followed by a giant pile of nachos and some tunes sounds like the perfect lazy Myrtle Beach day!
