Barefoot Landing has fun, food and entertainment in one spot

Comprised of a tasteful mix of shops, restaurants, attractions and entertainment venues, Barefoot Landing is located along the Intracoastal Waterway. A 27-acre lake bisects the bevy of businesses within the expansive complex.
Typically, visitors explore Barefoot Landing strategically, which means they target as many spots as possible before their stamina fails them.
Guests of Mars Vista Grande Resort, however, need not worry about running out of gas. If they do, they can easily circle back at another time during their vacation since this wonderful attraction is less than five miles away from their vacation home.

"What a great place to dine, shop and have fun at with my entire family.  It is so close to our resort, Mar Vista Grand we visited it 3 times this week," said Mary from New York.

Barefoot Landing has unique one-of-a-kind shops that serve as niche businesses for quirky passions. Purpleologist is such a place. This is a store for bona fide addicts of all things purple, and everything in this place is dedicated to pleasing lovers of the hue. There are purple earrings, purple watches, purple books, purple hats, purple wallets, purple lunch totes, purple magnets, purple plush toys and things people may not even realized came in the color purple.
Christmas Mouse is a popular specialty shop among home décor enthusiasts because it is a catchall store filled with holiday abundance. Christmas tree lights, garlands, ornaments and much more are among a massive supply of jingle and bells.
There is also a business at Barefoot Landing called Carolina Vineyards Winery where you can buy dry, medium and sweet wines made from South Carolina grown fruits.
Barefoot Landing, however, is arguably best known for its food and attractions. Greg Norman’s Australian Grille, founded by the Australian golf legend Greg Norman, is where finicky diners go for prime beef, decadent desserts and live performances every evening during the summer.
Yet, if folks want entertainment year-around, they won’t feel cheated at Barefoot Landing. Some of the best entertainment venues on the Grand Strand are here, including the Alabama Theatre (launched by mega country group Alabama) and the House of Blues.
Of course, you can also get an overdose of adventurous entertainment on the wild side, too, at Barefoot Landing. Alligator Adventure and T.I.G.E.R.S Preservation Station are superlative pleasure trips for nature fans.
Barefoot Landing is an exceptional choice for exploring the personality and spirit of North Myrtle Beach in one stop.
